A full tournament management platform for the Raman Subba Row Cricket Festival at Old Whitgiftians CC — registration, payments, fixture scheduling, and a bespoke live scoring engine.
Visit live site ↗The Raman Subba Row Cricket Festival runs seven age-group tournaments — u9 through u17 — across a week at Old Whitgiftians CC. That meant team registration and payment, fixtures split across two pitches and multiple days, a way for team managers to manage their own squads, and live ball-by-ball scoring that volunteers could actually operate pitch-side, all built around the festival's own playing rules.
Algorex built a full tournament management platform — public registration and payment, an admin panel, a manager portal, automatic fixture generation, and a bespoke live scoring engine.
Public 3-step registration with SumUp payment; managers get auto-generated login credentials by email on confirmation.
Team managers log in to manage their own squad — add, edit, and remove players — without needing the festival admin.
One click generates a full round-robin group stage plus semi-finals and final, split across two pitches and time slots.
A custom scoring system built around the festival's own rules — 8-a-side, 7 overs, 7-wicket innings, retirement at 25 runs — operable pitch-side on a phone or tablet.
Live league tables and match schedules per age group, visible to players, parents, and spectators.
Full visibility into teams, results, and payments, with a complete audit log of every payment status change.
